Phase 3:

Construction Plans

This is one of the most important steps in the overall construction project since, in Costa Rica, engineering execution of the project will depend upon the quality and accuracy of your construction plans.

The building Plans are further subdivided into several distinct professional services that will be provided to you by the architect/engineers. These are the technical requirements applied to electrical, mechanical and structural drafts.

Once agreed on the layout and preliminary design of the project, we will begin drafting the plans. Costa Rica enginnering includes a complete set of plans: a site plan, distribution plan, elevation, transversal and side facades, roof design and drainage, design of footings and support beams, structural plans, electrical design, mechanical and sanitary system design, interior finishing and construction details.

As a part of our work we will issue four sets of building plans. Three sets will be stamped by the government entities during the phase of building permits: one is to maintain at the construction site; one is kept by the Municipality and one is to be kept in Your Costa Rican Architect (ECODOMINICAL) offices for any eventuality or inspection made by government entities. You will receive one set of Building Plans with a full Costa Rica engineering.
